I try to open my bespoke list monthly but sometimes my attention needs to be dedicated on other projects. So to avoid long wait times, I send an email to my mailing list when I know exactly how many pieces I can take on.

Once the email is sent informing you of when I am opening my list, I add a free listing on my website for you to fill out all your information and to tell me a little about what you would like to be created. I find this the fairest way so I can keep on top of my production list on a monthly basis giving me the freedom to take on as much or as little work as I can handle at that time, whilst also giving you a fair opportunity to add yourself to the list.
