Shipping

Updated 20th March 2024

Firstly, hello! If you’re reading this then you have hopefully found a piece of jewellery that you’ve fallen in love with and looking at how you can receive it.

As you may have seen, I live and work in a little surf town in Mexico called Sayulita. Therefore, the most efficient way I have found to send your parcel is to post once a month, after my collection has been released, to the UK via DHl which I pay for.

Next shipment with DHL will be beginning April .

Once in the UK your parcel will be sent wherever you are in the world.

If you are located in the UK you will receive your parcel within 5 working days (normally arrives the next day)

If you are located outside the UK you will receive your order within 1 - 4 weeks of purchasing however please allow up to 8 weeks from purchase due to postal delays (usually arrives within 2 weeks)

Semi-customs and bespoke pieces will be made and sent within 6 - 8 weeks.

UK Customers

Once my monthly parcel reaches the UK, all orders will be sent in my eco-friendly packaging and shipped from the UK via Royal Mail special delivery which is tracked, insured and guaranteed next day delivery. You will receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your parcel has been shipped.

International Customers

Once my monthly parcel reaches the UK, all orders will be sent in my eco-friendly packaging and shipped from the UK via Royal Mail international which is tracked and insured. Please note depending on your country of residence this may take up to 2 weeks to be delivered. You will receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your parcel has been shipped.

….

Side note; I currently have a much higher percentage of UK customers than international which is why I am sending all my orders to the UK but if this changes and I start to receive more international orders then I will update this method accordingly.

EU Customers

Unfortunately, now we have left the EU, there are now some changes when you buy from a UK business. Once your order has been received in your respective country, there will be an import tax that needs to be paid before you receive it. The rate of VAT required to be paid will depend on your respective countries requirements so please do look into this before placing your order.

Returns

Semi-custom and bespoke pieces on my website are all non-refundable and cannot be exchanged due to the custom specifications. I will endeavour to draw your perfect design and make by hand with the highest quality so I am sure you will be completely happy with your final piece.

Any pieces purchased from my collections can only be refunded if there are issues with the manufacture of the piece (which I hope is never an issue as I pour my heart and soul into each piece I create). Every piece of jewellery is completely made by hand therefore no piece will be completely ‘perfect’ which I love but if there’s a genuine fault, then please do let me know asap via hello@soulandsapphire.com and have your piece returned to the UK address within 14 days, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

*I have now relocated to Mexico to make my jewellery living by the beach, in the beautiful sunshine (dreams do come true!!) but I want to make receiving my jewels as easy as possible for you. That is why I am continuing to make everything myself and shipping a parcel back to the UK once a month at my cost. Please read below on what happens after your jewellery reaches my studio in the UK.
