Next shipment with DHL will be March 5th.

As you may have seen, I live and work in a little surf town in Mexico called Sayulita. Therefore, the most efficient way I have found to send your parcel is to post once a month, after my collection has been released, to the UK via DHL which I pay for.

UK orders - will arrive w/c 9th March - you don't pay VAT/TAX (I do!)

US orders - will arrive w/c 16th March - you don't pay tariffs (I do!)

All other International orders - will be posted from the UK on the w/c 9th March. Please check import taxes and tariffs in your own country.

I'm doing the best I can to post internationally from a little surf town in Mexico. I truly appreciate all your orders and for allowing this to be my living.

EU Customers 

Unfortunately, due to the new EU laws, we have had to pause orders shipping into EU countries.

I am truly saddened by this turn of events and will keep looking for alternative ways for you to receive your new jewels however until then, all shipments will be on hold.

Returns

Semi-custom and bespoke pieces on my website are all non-refundable and cannot be exchanged due to the custom specifications. I will endeavour to draw your perfect design and make by hand with the highest quality so I am sure you will be completely happy with your final piece. 

Any pieces purchased from my collections can only be refunded if there are issues with the manufacture of the piece (which I hope is never an issue as I pour my heart and soul into each piece I create). Every piece of jewellery is completely made by hand therefore no piece will be completely ‘perfect’ which I love but if there’s a genuine fault, then please do let me know asap via hello@soulandsapphire.com and have your piece returned to the UK address within 14 days, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
